The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.All puppies have been vaccinated,dewormed,and treated preventatively for Coccidia,and Giardia before leaving our farm.
The buyer agrees to take the puppy to the vet within 72 hrs of purchase.
The seller is not responsible for vet bills once the puppy leaves my premises.
I guarantee puppies for one year from life-threatening genetic disorders.If found to have a congenital defect,I will replace the puppy with one of equal value,upon return of the original puppy along with registration papers.I require a written statement from your vet detailing the condition.Any vet bills incurred to diagnose or repair a problem will be the responsibility of the buyer unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment.The buyer assumes all the shipping costs associated with the sale or replacement of the puppy.
The seller should be contacted immediately if the puppy becomes ill.I cannot guarantee against conditions that maybe triggered by stress related to the move to a new home.This includes Coccidia,giardia,kennel cough,or an upper respiratory infection.This warranty does not include hypoglycemia,as this can easily be prevented by the buyer by making sure the puppy is eating and drinking or giving a high calorie supplement like Nutrical.
I will ALWAYS take this dog back anytime in the life of the dog.Under no circumstances take this dog to a rescue or shelter.He will always be welcome here,all his life.If you cannot abide by this,please do not contact me for a Brussels Griffon.
The undersigned agrees to consider this a legally binding agreement.Any disputes shall be litigated in Webster County,Missouri at buyer's expense
